How long will it take to receive my order?

Delivery times are between 1-7 working days depending on the product.

How can I place an order?

You can order online by simply adding your choice of product to basket.

When you are ready to complete your order, click on Checkout and you will be taken to our secure checkout process using Paypal or credit/debit card.

All major debit and credit cards are accepted.

How can I cancel an order?

Simply, email us with your order number and we will cancel the order and issue you a full refund.

If a product has already been dispatched, we will ask you to follow our simple Returns process and return the item in its original packaging.

Please note we do not accept returns on customised products. If you are unsure, please get in touch with our team who will be happy to help you.

How do I return an item?

We offer a simple 14 day returns process, which means you can return an item to us within 14 calendar days of receiving it.

Just email us with the order number and the item you would like to return and we will send you the address to return the item.

The item should be returned in it’s original packaging within 7 days of notifying us of the return.

Once we have received the item back, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 7 working days.

Please note any shipping costs are non-refundable.

The item I received was damaged.

We are sorry to hear the item you received was damaged. If you could let us know as soon as possible and within 7 days of receiving the item, we will send you a free replacement. We will also request a photo of the damage by email so that we can follow it up with the shipping company.
